Monday 13 October 2025 – GMSV has announced the updated MY26 Chevrolet Corvette range,  elevating the cockpit-style, driver-focused cabin experience and introducing Chevrolet Connected Services. These technological updates compliment the mid-mounted V8 powertrain that has made the Corvette a performance icon.

Headlining the MY26 changes is the introduction of a new and technology-forward three-screen layout in the cabin, with the update designed to deliver all key driving information at a glance and deliver a cockpit-style experience for the driver.

The three-screen layout begins with a 12.7-inch central display, while an expanded 14-inch driver information screen acts as an advanced digital dashboard. Finally, a 6.6-inch screen to the right of the steering wheel hosts crucial driving information, like Performance Traction Management, ensuring everything a driver needs is available at a glance. All three screens feature sharper colours, improved agility, and expanded functionality.

Complementing the 6.6-inch diagonal touchscreen auxiliary display is a new dedicated switch below the screen that offers one-touch access to the Performance Traction Management system, including the new PTM Pro Mode which turns off electronic stability control and traction control while leaving ABS on to minimise vehicle intervention for drivers who want maximum control.

The new cockpit layout is just the beginning of the cabin updates for the 2026 Corvette range, with every element studied to further improve the experience for driver and passenger.

Key among the other updates is a new, and newly positioned, Drive Mode selector, now placed in line with the gear selector. Also new are the display designs for Tour, Sport and Track modes, with new animations and sharper graphics.

A new wireless charging pad is now positioned below the central screen — and, in keeping with the dynamic excellence of the Corvette, comes complete with a cover to keep your device held in place.

No stone was left unturned in improving the functionality of the Corvette cabin — even the volume control has been enlarged and is now lit at its base to improve visibility at night. The climate controls have also been repositioned to allow for the inclusion of a passenger grab handle, which also adds a new USB-C port below it.

Even the cupholders have been updated, now with hand-wrapped inserts and ambient lighting, and with the iconic Corvette crossed flags at their base.

The technology outside of the Corvette’s cabin has also been dramatically updated, with the Enhanced Performance Data Recorder undergoing a complete user interface overhaul, with features like side-by-side video analysis and “speed tips” coaching delivering real-time performance insights right from the vehicle screen. The Performance App, previously exclusive to E-Ray but now across all Corvette models, has also been updated with further capability added.

The 2026 Corvette range will also be the first GMSV vehicles in Australia and New Zealand to include Chevrolet Connected Services with an 8-year complimentary trial period, bringing Google-powered control to the cabin, and over-the-air updates.

• Google Play Store for your favourite apps, designed for your Corvette.

• Over-the-air (OTA) updates continue refining your Corvette without having to visit the showroom 

The heart of the Corvette story remains its pure-feeling LT2 6.2L V8, with or without electrical assistance, and its sharp-shifting eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This potent powertrain remains unchanged for MY26, delivering exhilarating performance and the ultimate in vehicle connection.
